Have I damaged something?

    I have a comfortable fitting kink cobra cage. I’ve been wearing it since Jan. I went from a 3” (76mm) cage to a 2 3/4” (70mm) cage to try it out last month. All seemed well, except I orgasmed while wearing the cage and it blocked everything from coming out momentarily. Then it was blood that came out and a short while after blood clots when I went to urinate.

    I left the cage off for a week. Then started wearing it again only during the day without issues for about a week.

    I was turned on today and “pushing” on the cage. I felt just a tiny twinge and then ended up urinating blood again just once. The second time there was nothing. I’ve had a vasectomy and have stainless clamps that I’ve found the ring has pulled on before, but I can’t see them being the issue.

    I will be giving everything a long break as it seemed to solve things, but I was wondering if anyone else has had anything similar happen?

    Yes I will see a doc if it happens again.

    Thanks for anyone able to give me some insight into this.

    I think that a doctor is in order, now. Blood should not be coming out of there.

    The urethra has a very thin inner lining. With a lot of pressure built up it can form a little tear and cause temporary bleeding. It happened a couple times to me when my urethra got blocked off and I had to pee bad. The same can happen with an orgasm if the urethra becomes restricted.

    Blood is NEVER a good idea. Do not hesitate to tell the doctor EVERYTHING.
