What Do You Cook?

Today i will cook monday dinner. Even since it is friday, it will work. Hehe.

It is also called penne aglio et aromi.
It is with much of garlic, many spices like sage, thyme and rosemary. This is fried, not too much, in olive oil. Then you just give some tomatoes inside. The spices shoukd not get brown.
Cook it well and then add some cream.

Ready to be served to noodles of any kind.

We usually do it. But if it has to be fast, like today or if we dont have lust, we use the bought ones.
My wife for sure does the pasta better.

There for my baozi (yeast dough) or jiaozi ( noodle dough) are better and very famous.

 

Covid has kept me home today, so it has been perfect for the all day process of making homemade BBQ sauce, smoking ribs and preparing brown sugar & bacon baked beans! Can't wait for my bride to come home!

 

Yes. We have a noodle machine, with which you can flatten the dought and cut into long stripes. Like spaghetti, fettuccine or tagliatelle.

Didn't end up cooking ribs. Going out to dinner tonight instead to celebrate out 13th that was last Monday.

 

Mistress/Wife tells me I make really good steaks on the grill. Also used to bake a lot from scratch...mostly dinner rolls that I actually won a local competition with. Old family recipe.

Mistress, and because she has decided mine too, diet has changed though to a much more healthy focus so not much bread, sweats, or starches any more in our meals. Miss them sometimes.
